Course Information
Learn how to inspect and measure stairways, ramps, hallways, doorways, landings, handrails, and emergency escape and rescue openings.
A Certified Master Inspector® takes you on actual egress inspections at several residential dwellings. More than 50 component defects and safety hazards are identified and described at actual on-site home inspections. A mock-up stairway, ramp, and doorway are evaluated in a studio setting with NACHI.TV's Paige Peters.
