By watching two actual, on-site inspections, the student will obtain an understanding of how to inspect a crawlspace, including using personal protection equipment, the InterNACHI Standards of Practice, an inspection checklist, suggested report narratives and language, and information for defect recognition. The student will then take a final exam, and be eligible for a Certificate of Completion and Continuing Education credits.
